Technical Audits

The technical audit is a non-legal inspection report requested by the owner(s) of a building complex such as a subdivision or an apartment building for the purposes of:

giving a more detailed property condition analysis than is done for a reserve fund study, likely in conjunction with a real estate offering or sale and/or supporting an application to the municipality for conversion to a condominium.
