Our work in preparing the technical audit for you will involve the following:
- Meeting all of the applicable requirements outlined under the legislative requirements
- Identify the components of the building(s) and site work that are common elements of the registered condominium corporation
- Conduct a visual site inspection and condition assessment of the building(s) and site work, pursuant to those components as defined in the condominium's declaration (or proposed declaration)
- Survey of the occupants (verbal or written as prescribed) as to the condition of their units and the performance of the common elements
- Interview the client and/or site manager and any maintenance staff
- Examine all relevant documentation (proposed condominium declaration, by-laws, maintenance agreements, building plans, etc.)
- Production of an attractive, well organized, clear and concise Audit Report
